A 1 1/2-inch diameter painted steel pipe handrail and handrail posts are anchored into a concrete substrate. A brushed stainless steel guardrail is positioned alongside the assembly. Concrete pedestal pavers are installed per the finish schedule around the base plates and mountings. The assembly maintains a typical 36-inch handrail height and 42-inch guardrail height with a 15-inch spacing offset.
