A trash enclosure gate frame is secured to a concrete tilt-up panel via three steel hinges welded on each side to a continuous 4 1/2-inch by 4 1/2-inch by 1/2-inch steel angle embed. Number 4 reinforcing bars tie into the continuous vertical number 4 rebar at each hinge point. The gate frame consists of a 3-inch by 3-inch by 1/4-inch steel angle welded to the hinges. An 18-gauge, 1 1/2-inch deep galvanized steel decking is welded to the steel frame and reinforced with a 1 1/2-inch by 1 1/2-inch by 1/4-inch steel angle cross brace. All metal is painted to match the enclosure per specifications unless otherwise noted on elevations.
