This assembly consists of a six-inch diameter concrete-filled painted steel pipe bollard topped with a prefabricated cap secured by a headed stud anchor. The bollard is embedded within an eighteen-inch diameter concrete footing. The surrounding reinforced concrete slab or pavement is separated from the footing by an expansion board with a removable cap and continuous sealant. At the exterior face, the slab is sloped and finished with continuous sealant. All exterior bollards must be galvanized and primed to receive a final paint finish.
