The countertop assembly consists of a solid surface top with a one-eighth inch eased edge. This surface is supported by a plywood counter support base. A one-inch wide solid wood nosing is integrated at the counter support edge directly below the solid surface. The total vertical profile includes a one-half inch solid surface layer, a one-quarter inch reveal, and a three-quarter inch wood nosing section.
