A rubber dock bumper measuring four and a half inches thick by twelve inches wide by twenty-four inches high is mounted to the exterior face of a concrete loading dock slab. The bumper is secured using expansion anchor bolts installed into the concrete per the manufacturer specifications, with two bumpers specified per dock door. A C-channel is anchored at the slab edge, and a sloped concrete transition is provided at the top of the slab. Panel thickness dimensions and slab edge dimensions are indicated.
