Precast concrete bench supports bear on individual concrete footings founded on compacted base and subgrade. Each support is anchored by two six-inch by three-quarter-inch epoxy-set stainless steel anchor pins. A three-quarter-inch diameter sleeve in the precast concrete support allows for light-emitting diode fixture wiring. Continuous light-emitting diode light fixtures run on the bench understory. Concrete unit pavers sit on bedding sand surrounding the supports.
