Plastic ladder rungs are embedded into a concrete wall at twelve inches on center with tapered preformed holes. A cold fluid-applied waterproofing membrane, designated WP-7, is applied directly to the saturated surface-dried concrete wall. The rungs project seven inches from the face of the concrete wall.
