A roof curb waterproofing assembly comprises a continuous sheet of reinforced membrane wrapping the curb and extending over rigid insulation. The membrane is secured using a seam fastening plate and sealed with cut-edge sealant. Bonding adhesive adheres the membrane to the vertical curb surface. A metal cap or counter flashing is installed at the top and fastened at twelve inches on center.
