An accessible water closet installation shows required clearance dimensions and grab bar placement conforming to accessibility standards. The horizontal grab bar is mounted between thirty-three and thirty-six inches to the top surface above the finished floor. The grab bar extends a minimum of forty-two inches on the side wall and fifty-four inches minimum along the rear wall. A minimum twenty-four inch clearance is maintained from the front of the water closet to the rear wall grab bar.
