A perforated metal panel featuring a Kynar finish mounts to a three-inch aluminum horizontal and vertical framing system by the manufacturer. The exterior cladding assemblies interface with a concrete spandrel beam featuring three-quarter-inch chamfered edges and a Tex-Cote finish on the front, top, and inside faces. A post-tensioned slab connects to an upturn beam and spandrel joint, which is patched and filled flush to match the adjacent concrete. The tapered concrete slab includes a continuous dripmold and a concrete swale at a pressure-treated deck.
