A glass guardrail base shoe is anchored directly into a structural concrete slab supporting a four-inch topping slab. The glazing shoe secures a glass panel adjacent to the slab edge. Panel cladding DMP-4 is secured over one-half-inch Z-clips along the vertical edge of the structural slab.
