This wall assembly consists of three-and-five-eighths-inch metal studs spaced at sixteen inches on center with a bottom track. Each side of the framing is finished with five-eighths-inch gypsum board. Fiberglass sound batt insulation is installed within the stud cavity where applicable. Base finishes are installed per schedule.
