The railing post connects to a standard deck mount base using number ten by five-eighths inch flat head machine bolts, requiring field drilling and countersinking into the post. A cover flange slips over the post to conceal the connection hardware. The deck mount base anchors to the concrete subfloor using three-eighths inch concrete anchors.
