A one-and-one-half-inch outside diameter steel guardrail is mounted above a series of horizontal one-and-one-half-inch outside diameter steel tube rails that are painted. The assembly uses hollow structural section supports measuring one-and-one-half by one-and-one-half inches by eleven gauge spaced at four feet zero inches on center maximum. A one-and-one-half-inch outside diameter steel handrail is welded to a steel bar bracket at a height of thirty-six inches above the top of the landing. The steel handrail and steel guardrail are welded to the steel tube supports. The entire guardrail assembly secures to a steel channel stringer at the top of the landing.
