A six-inch diameter steel bollard with a concrete dome top extends three feet eight inches above the finished grade level. The bollard is set into a concrete-filled sleeve that extends two feet six inches below grade into a concrete footing. The footing rests on a four-inch thick compacted gravel base and has a total diameter of one foot six inches. The bollard is finished with paint PT-19 as specified in section 05 50 00.
