Transition junction between scheduled glass panels and scheduled metal wall panels laminated to fire-retardant-treated plywood. A one-quarter-inch steel plate with no exposed fasteners bridges the joint between the assemblies. The metal wall panels secure to the structure via a continuous Z-angle fastener system and two-by-two-inch metal tabs spaced sixteen inches on center, which are welded to a metal plate and fastened to studs for blind attachment. The glass panels connect using continuous metal Z-clips with a Z-kiss fastener system. A line of the steel header plate runs below the assembly.
