A pipe penetration passes through the insulated roof assembly with a minimum eight-inch clearance. A non-reinforced field-formed flashing membrane extends up the pipe and is secured at the top with FTR #101 sealant and a stainless steel worm gear clamp. The membrane is adhered to the roof deck using FTR #201 or #190 adhesive and secured with fasteners and stress plates utilizing a minimum of four fasteners. Hot air welds join the field-formed flashing membrane to the surrounding FTR or FTR-FB roof membrane. Insulation is attached per specifications beneath the roof surface.
