A pipe or sleeve penetrates through concrete over metal deck, requiring blockout concrete before pouring and reinforcement sized to six diameters of the larger opening but not less than twelve inches each way. No more than one web is cut at each hole. The metal deck must remain uncut until the concrete attains seventy-five percent of design strength or fourteen days.
