A rated door panel and frame with a minimum three-hour fire rating matches the surrounding precast concrete wall panel. Shims are placed as required beneath an anchor bolt spaced at three feet on center. Sealant and backer rod are applied at each side of the precast joint for weatherproofing between the exterior and interior spaces.
