A thermally broken aluminum curtain wall system interfaces with a brick masonry wall assembly at the vestibule jamb. Closed-cell spray foam insulation fills the cavity behind the masonry return. A primary seal along with sealant and backer rod on both sides provides weatherproofing at the aluminum frame junction. Brick masonry is detailed per the architectural elevations.
