Precast concrete truck wheel stop measuring ten inches high by one foot three inches wide at the base, set over a paved surface and gravel sub-base. The wheel stop is secured with twenty-four-inch by three-quarter-inch diameter steel dowel anchors extending through three-inch holes in the precast unit. Pins are set one-half inch below the top of the wheel stop and the recesses are filled with sealant. Overall spacing between anchor locations measures seven feet nine inches with one-and-a-half-inch edge clearances.
