Surface mounted one-and-a-half-inch diameter steel pipe posts and rail are anchored to the wall and floor. All joints are welded and ground smooth. The assembly extends eighteen inches from the wall with a height of thirty inches to the top rail and a six-inch clearance below the lower rail.
