This assembly features a steel column with spray-on fireproofing located at an exterior building corner. The column is enclosed by a millwork finish, utilizing a reveal L-angle with a return key at the edges and a millwork channel as referenced in detail 6 on sheet A617.1. The exterior face of the enclosure is finished with EIFS-1A cladding over a three-quarter-inch plywood substrate. An anodized black finish aluminum corner guard measuring one and a half inches by one and a half inches is installed at the exterior corner for protection. The assembly is dimensioned at one foot seven and a quarter inches by one foot seven and a quarter inches.
