An inverted U-shaped steel pipe bike rack is surface-mounted to a concrete pavement pad using bolted base plates. The tubular steel assembly has a 2-inch outside radius and a 3.8-millimeter pipe thickness, finished in stainless steel. The main loop spans 2 feet wide with a 2-foot-10-inch overall height and includes a crossbar. Each leg terminates in a flanged base plate bolted directly to the concrete pad per the manufacturer's specifications. Minimum spacing between adjacent racks is maintained at 36 inches.
