A hollow metal door frame and door bottom are supported by a metal threshold positioned over a concrete slab on grade. The exterior side transitions to a concrete pad or sidewalk provided by others, while the interior rests on the main slab. A maximum one-half inch clearance is maintained at the threshold as indicated in the schedule.
