An injection molded polyethylene courtside seat with a minimum typical wall thickness of 0.170 inches is mounted to a plywood deck supported by structural framing. A ten-inch courtside seat is shown, with a twelve-inch seat being similar. For the last seat only, a bracket is placed inside the seat and the seat is secured to the bracket using two number 10 by one-inch pan head self-drilling screws. The assembly accommodates riser heights of 9 5/8 inches or 11 5/8 inches.
