This parapet wall termination features a double 2x wood top plate supporting a metal coping secured with proprietary anchor clips and fasteners. The coping provides a minimum three-and-a-half-inch profile with a weep metal edge on the exterior side. An ethylene propylene diene monomer membrane is adhered to the wall assembly, transitioning with a cant strip at the low roof junction. The exterior face is finished with three-quarters of an inch of lath and plaster with paint.
