The curtain wall base is dimensioned vertically from the first floor datum at zero feet zero inches up to the bottom mullion and top mullion. A one-foot zero-inch clearance is maintained from the floor level to the bottom mullion. The vertical spacing between the bottom mullion and top mullion measures two feet six inches.
