The parapet cap flashing protects the top of the wall assembly, featuring a continuous weather barrier running over the framing. TPO roofing extends over the parapet with a hydroflex protection sheet placed beneath the membrane. A backer rod and sealant joint are installed at the intersection of the cap flashing and the exterior wall assembly. The underlying framing and wall assemblies are constructed as identified on plan.
