A one-and-a-half-inch diameter perforated steel handrail is primed and painted to match the building per the elevation, with all welds ground smooth and pits filled as required. The handrail connects to a welded quarter-inch by three-inch diameter steel mounting plate that secures to the concrete panel with three one-quarter-inch by three-inch expansion bolts spaced at six feet on center and six inches from each end, returning to the wall with a one-and-a-half-inch minimum clearance.
