A 1 1/2-inch primed and painted steel pipe handrail is anchored into a concrete ramp landing at a height of 36 inches. The post is inserted into a 2-inch diameter by 12-inch long steel pipe sleeve cast into the concrete. Additional #4 reinforcement bars measuring 24 inches are placed at each side of the post. All welds must be ground smooth per specifications.
