A 4-inch by 12-inch by 11-gauge stainless steel hollow structural section acts as the vertical mullion member, flanked by two-inch diameter steel horizontal bracing elements pinned with steel toggles provided by the curtain wall manufacturer. Insulated glass units are installed as scheduled beneath the mullion, sealed with a continuous silicone gasket. The assembly coordinates the structural dead load connection with the glazing joints.
