A reinforced roof membrane transitions up a concrete tilt-up wall panel, adhered with bonding adhesive and sealed at cut edges. Mechanical fasteners and fastening plates secure the membrane to the assembly over rigid insulation and a steel roof deck. The membrane is creased at the angle change to limit bridging to a maximum of three-quarters of an inch. The steel roof deck bears on a metal roof joist below, with structural elements coordinated per structural drawings.
