A hollow metal door frame is installed flush within a concrete wall opening and grouted solid. Three quarter-inch countersunk concrete expansion bolts anchor each jamb, with two at the head, leaving a quarter-inch shim space sealed with backer rod and sealant. Bolt head dimples are filled with putty and ground smooth. A metal drip flashing is provided at the head. A box beam header and king studs frame the interior partition matching the wall width.
