The partition assembly features a J-runner track secured adjacent to the concrete floor slab with typical fire stopping sealant applied at the joint. Insulation is installed within the stud cavity, and the partition wall is finished as scheduled. On the shaft side, shaft liner panels are installed with typical edge fire caulking at the slab intersection.
