Concrete stairs connect to a hollow structural section steel tube sized per structural drawings. A one and one-half inch by three-eighths inch wide stainless steel post is welded to a steel plate with its centerline aligned to the precast concrete panel below. The assembly features an offset dimension of twelve inches, a one and one-half inch dimension, and a one-quarter inch dimension.
