A scheduled pivot hinge connects the scheduled door to a cold-formed metal stud partition. The partition is framed with metal studs, faced with gypsum board on both sides, and includes a sound attenuation blanket for acoustic control. Corner beads finish the gypsum board edges at the jamb transition. Floor finish conditions are coordinated per schedule.
