A cast-in-place concrete wall rests on a continuous concrete footing per structural drawings. The wall features a concrete guardrail at the top with a 3'-6" height and a variable height H up to 4'-0" maximum. A 1/2" expansion joint filler separates the wall from the adjacent concrete dock apron. A damp proof coating is applied to the wall face below finished grade. The top 5'-0" of the wall tapers to zero.
