A one-and-a-half-inch outer diameter zero-point-zero-fifty-inch-thick three-sixteen stainless steel handrail pipe connects to a half-inch outer diameter three-sixteen stainless steel handrail support pipe. The support pipe is welded to a three-inch diameter by quarter-inch thick three-sixteen stainless steel escutcheon plate with a finish matching the handrail. Three-sixteen stainless steel countersunk machine screws secure the escutcheon plate to the mounting surface. The horizontal mounted handrail and inclined mounted handrail set at ninety degrees are positioned two feet ten inches to finished floor or tread nose, with the incline parallel to the slope of the stair or ramp.
