An eighteen-gauge galvanized steel curb with continuously welded connections supports an extruded aluminum thermal break curb frame and double dome glazing assembly. The curb features a three-inch nailing flange for mounting to the roof deck over one-inch polyisocyanurate structural foam with fiberglass reinforced facers and a TPO roof membrane. The glazing system consists of an outer dome and a secondary inner dome with flanges bonded together, secured by an extruded aluminum retaining frame, countersunk rivets, and continuous glazing gaskets. A condensate gutter with weep discharge and sealant manages moisture collection at the curb interface, anchored by interior mounting screws.
