The custom tier catch bracket is fabricated from eleven-gauge ASTM A1011 forty-five KSI hot-rolled pickled and oiled steel sheet metal. A quarter-twenty by half-inch deep threaded insert is secured to the bracket face for mechanical attachment. Dimensions of 2.05 inches and 1.63 inches locate the mounting holes and form the bent bracket geometry.
