A roof drain pipe penetrates through a concrete tilt-up wall with sealant applied all around the penetration. The pipe extends above the slab with a drain connection and is painted to match interior walls. For the pipe under the slab, the pipe runs through the concrete wall with a minimum six inches clearance to finish grade or surface, extending eighteen inches at truck yard locations. The pipe is sloped at a minimum of one-eighth inch per foot with a splashblock or concrete hardscape provided at the overflow outlet.
