A vinyl window rests on a level-two post-tensioned concrete slab over a weather barrier and foil-faced self-adhered flashing. A prefinished sheet metal flashing and trim slopes outward above the exterior cladding, sealed with joint sealant and a backer rod. The exterior wall below features a fiber-reinforced cementitious panel secured with fiberglass clips and a weather barrier over sheathing. The slab edge condition coordinates directly with structural drawings.
