A 1-1/2 inch outside diameter standard painted steel pipe handrail terminates with a 90-degree bracket set at a variable angle. The bracket mounts to the wall using two 3/8-inch diameter expansion anchors for concrete or masonry walls, or two 3/8-inch lag screws secured to 2x10 treated wood blocking required within stud walls.
