A field-fabricated pipe flashing assembly is installed over a substrate consisting of rigid insulation backed by DensGlass sheathing. A non-reinforced flashing sheet meets a reinforced membrane at the base, sealed with perimeter sealant. Fasteners and fastening plates secure the membrane layers at a maximum twelve-inch spacing. A stainless steel clamping ring secures the flashing collar around the penetration, installed per the manufacturer recommendations alongside a water stop.
