A sloped stainless steel sheet metal flashing with four-inch laps is set in a full bed of sealant and attached to metal studs. A stainless steel collar flashing is installed at the line dividing the permanent and replaceable wall. The assembly integrates self-adhered membrane flashing over self-adhered weather barriers and building paper over a drainage composite. A sealant joint with foam baffle weeps and Dowsil 758 sealant centered over membrane edges is provided at the exterior joint. The Portland cement plaster wall assembly completes the exterior finish.
