A concrete tilt-up panel supports a continuous 4 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 1/2" steel angle embed reinforced with number 4 reinforcing bars at each hinge point. Three steel hinges are welded on each side to the embedded angle and to a 3" x 3" x 1 1/2" steel angle frame. The gate assembly incorporates 18 gauge by 1 1/2" deep galvanized steel decking welded to the steel frame, stiffened with 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" x 1/4" steel angle cross bracing. All exposed metal is painted to match the enclosure per specifications.
