A stainless steel Schluter Vinpro-U transition anchor is anchored directly to a concrete slab with a scheduled top coating finish. The transition profile abuts carpet tile or a walkoff mat, which is specified per the finish plan. The anchor is sealed to the concrete substrate to provide water resistance at the flooring junction.
