Suspended acoustical ceiling panels are supported by hanger wires and a compression strut, with splay wire bracing at a forty-five degree angle for seismic restraint. A seven-eighth inch nominal hemmed angle wall molding with seismic clips attaches to the partition wall on two sides and remains unattached on the opposite sides per ICC-ES ESR-1308 BERC-2 clips. Hanger wires are spaced at a maximum of eight inches from the wall.
