This assembly manages the transition between scheduled luxury vinyl tile and scheduled epoxy flooring at a door threshold. A Schluter Vinpro-U transition profile is installed at the edge of the luxury vinyl tile to provide a clean finish against the adjacent epoxy flooring. The door, as scheduled, sits above the transition point, ensuring a flush or near-flush condition between the two distinct flooring materials over the concrete slab.
